A fantastic dinner.......

Last night Felecia and I experienced a wonderful little place in Gig Harbor called Brix 25°
A simply amazing dining experience. If you are looking for a nice little romantic get away for a special meal I would be remiss if I did not recommend Brix to you. Here is the link
Take a look and you can see for yourself. The food was fantastic! We had a fruit and cheese plate to start that featured northwest craft cheeses. mmmmmm, then we had halibut and Copper River Salmon for dinner. My salmon was flakey and moist with such great flavor! Felecia had the halibut and it was a delight for the eyes and from what little bit I was able to steal very good as well. For desert Felecia stayed with her favorite Crème Brule and I had a lemon soufflé that was simply out of this world. We had a bottle of Foris Pinot Noir that was a excellent compliment to the meal. I am not a wine expert by any means of the imagination. I know that grapes are used and that's about it. This was a very drinkable wine that I enjoyed fully.

We are both looking forward to another special occasion to go back for. My suggestion of Sunday dinner was overturned but who knows when we will get back there. I know that I cannot wait!
